“…his favor lasts a lifetime…”
(Psalm 30:5, NIV)
God wants us to enjoy the fruits of his favors and blessings. These favors if we receive them and use them the way god has intended us for is going to last a lifetime. We need to stop looking and stressing over carnal success stories for inspirations. Our rewards are at the gates of heaven thanks to our logre and savior.
I understand that while we live we need to provide and live. We need shelter, clothing food etc. yes we do need to succeed in the world, though that should not be your sole purpose. Whether spiritually or in the flesh we reap what we sow.
God wants us to live an abundant life as we praise and wishing hkm. He does not want us suffering. He wants us to be whole and love him unconditionally. He also wants us to praise him. He wants us happy. He wants our salvation. We have the free will to choose what we cherish, love and appreciate.
Success is really about living in obedience to gods wlrd. When we live in obedience to god and do what he has called us to do, god will provide all we need to survive here while we are in the flesh. When we are obedient and do as god has called us to do, the Bible says that his favor surrounds us like a shield. When god gives us his favor, everything we need to succeed is within reach because god has allowed it so, because you have been obedient.
Gods favors opens doors, gives you knowledge, feeds you, takes away fear, gives you all you need to accomplish what without him you couldn’t accomplish, for on our own we cannot get very far.
Do not compare your selves to others…. for the favors of others where not intended for you. Each persons favors, talents and success is unique to that individual, because god made it so. We are each special and talented in his eyes.
We need to fill ourselves in his works so we can reap the benefits of his favors.
Father I thank you for your grace and mery in our lives. I praise you today, tomorrow and always for you are abundantly good to us. I thank you for your blessings and favors, i thank you for the talents you have given me. I know you will prepare and guide me in your walk. amen.
